As the capital city of Canada, Ottawa has a lot going for it, not the least of which are some great strip joints.
Ottawa seems to straddle the line between European leaning Montreal and capitalistic Toronto. It is a great city and not the least of which is due to the following great strip clubs.
Barbarella’s Diamonds

Barbella’s Diamonds is one of the most customer friendly strip joints I have ever been in. It is also one of the most ‘versatile’, as it’s a great option for a client dinner, a bachelor party, for a couple and for a laid back place to hang out after work. This Ottawa stalwart is right in the middle of downtown, making it perfect for out of town business travelers or those looking to for a night out on the town in the city.
As is true with most Canadian strip joints, the strippers here are extremely friendly and sexy, and less aggressive, generally speaking, than their United States counterparts. Barbella’s, in the handful of times that I have visited, has had an adequate number of strippers working.
This is one of the best Ottawa strip joints to host a bachelor party, as it offers great packages that run the spectrum from ‘on the cheap’ to ‘over the top.
Barbella’s is a popular option for businessmen and offers a solid menu of steaks and buffet style entrees.
NuDen

I love the NuDen. The strippers are great, and actually funny. But their humor and personality are not substitutes for looks, believe me. They look great, dance phenomenally well and seem to actually enjoy themselves.
NuDen works hard to put on great promotions, including ‘porn star nights’, ‘amateur nights’ and ‘ladies night’, which features Chippendale dancers for women clientele. I am a big fan of strip joints that cater to the ladies, as too often strip joints can become simply male pursuits that are without a sense of fun.
NuDen certainly has fun. But it also offers some responsible options, such as a complimentary limo ride to nearby hotels.
Playmate Club

As the name might imply, this is probably the classiest strip joint in Ottawa. Attention to detail, high end strippers and an upscale crowd are all things that contribute to the overall vibe and atmosphere.
That doesn’t mean, though, that the Playmate Club is above some good old fashioned fun. Recent promotions include mud wrestling and drink specials. The strippers here are beyond just good; they are top of the line and as good as you’ll find in any strip joint anywhere. This is definitely a place for a great bachelor party, but also is a very classy place to bring a client or business associate.
