Drawback:
If you are staying a week then these are great rates, but beyond that and it get really expensive. The average apartment in Oklahoma City costs $480 per month, so it would be wise to find an apartment or home relatively quickly. The Lexington offered fewer amenities for people staying for a week or more. They offered breakfast for people who were staying overnight, but none for the weekly or monthly.
Hotel tax: 20% mainly for those staying by the night or week.

Pros:
They all come furnished and have items that most people do not even have at their home. The mansions had the best amenities and seemed to really want their guest to have all the comforts of home. The Lexington offered fewer amenities for people staying for a week or more. They offered breakfast for people who were staying overnight, but none for the weekly or monthly.
