Warren County’s Chapman State Park is located near Clarendon. It is home to the Annual Jim Lobdell Memorial Invitational. It is a dog sled race that typically takes place during the region’s Winterfest. The next one is scheduled to take place Friday, January 18 through Sunday, January 20, 2013. During the event, the dog sledding teams are expected to race from Chapman State Park to the Hickory Creek Wilderness Ranch. The Hickory Creek Wilderness Ranch is located in Tidioute.
