Many times they are not free at first. You have buy the cell phone first, then you will get a reimbursement. How much do these “free” cell phones cost? That is not too bad. The real question is do they work? There have been a lot of studies and surveys that have been done on free cell phone deals. One downer that they tend to drop calls a lot! The difference is that they have the phone companies’ name and they also come in different colors. Are the prices the same? Most of the time they are. Tracphones are another type of cheap phone. These have very poor reception! They are cheap however and very conveniently located. That is because you can find these phones in stores such as Walmart or Kmart. When you get down to it, the real difference between cheap cell phones is the service.
