Cure Paper Cuts with Super Glue

We all have those times when we are working and all the sudden we feel this sharp sting on our hand. You look down to find that you now have a paper cut on your hand and you have no idea where it came from. All you know is it hurts like hell and there is no easy way to get it to stop. That’s where you are wrong however, and the answer to making it stop quickly may be something you never thought of.

First of all we need to explain what the difference between a normal cut and a paper cut is. A paper cut is simply what the name implies, it is a paper thin cut that doesn’t have a lot of blood attributed to it, but it stings like hell. They can be caused by a cut from a piece of paper or something as thin or they can be caused by the cracking of the skin due to cold weather. They typically take a while to heal and because they leave most the nerve endings intact they are very painful.

Now that we know what a paper cut is, we can begin to understand why it is so hard to treat. The problem with a paper cut is that a bandage will protect it from infection, but it won’t stop the pain. It becomes hard to treat because the cut is so small that the body takes longer to close it completely and it can be reopened very easily from movement, because the replacement cells are paper thin. As long as it remains unopened it can heal properly. The problem is that most people do not afford it the time to properly heal and it reopens.

Since the healing process is a difficult one, we need to find a process that can seal the cut quickly and allow it to stay sealed for the healing process. The best thing for this is something you can find in an arts and crafts store on any shelf. What is it you ask? Why its superglue! The fastest and most effective sealant there is. It will quickly seal the cut and prevent it from reopening form movement as well as protect it from any type of infection. In a day or two the cut will be healed and you can remove the superglue. If you are worried about the toxic properties, they offer non-toxic super glue and I suggest you buy that as opposed to the toxic for cuts.

A word of advice however is that you should never use this on any cut bigger than the general size of a paper cut. If you get a cut bigger then a paper cut you should take the proper precautions and procedures when dealing with it. Super glue is not meant for those types of cuts and should never be used as such.
