Chemical Engineering – Discover how to create cutting-edge materials and products, or design new devices to improve health, the environment, or the utilization of energy resources. You will learn to describe, predict, and control all changes of matter. The program concentrates on biochemical, biomedical, and environmental specializations through a wide range of electives. Students have gone on to obtain careers in such fields as research, process development, equipment design, production, pollutions control, consulting, and materials.

Civil Engineering – Concentrating in civil engineer, soil engineering and water resource engineering, this program offers a broad-based education. You can go on to find careers in government agencies, and private consulting firms. Freshmen will be given design projects. Seniors will be tested on all of the skills they’ve learned to jump right into any civil engineer-related career.

Computer Engineering – Learn all you can about computer electronics, digital system design, digital computing and networking, and computer programming. Student will take courses in computer science, and choose among electives in other computer-related fields. Just so you know, one of the top-paid majors in the country is computer engineering.

Electrical Engineering – Learn everything there is to know about electrical engineering and or optoelectronic engineering. In optoelectronic engineering, you’ll learn all about optics and waves, optical electronics, communications, and optical information processing. Of course while taking any electrical engineering course, you could learn all there is to know about circuitry, and electromagnetic fields and devices. Again, this is another one of those top paying majors.

Engineering Science – Get a job in engineering by learning all about engineering physics, space engineering, international engineering, or even teacher education in many different electives.

Environmental Engineering – It’s heavy in mathematics, physical and biological sciences, and engineering fundamentals. You’ll learn all there is to know about chemical engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical engineer in their relation to environmental engineering. You’ll be prepared for careers in regulatory agencies, engineering consulting firms, and pollution prevention or pollution control fields.

Mechanical Engineering – Learn how to solve manufacturing, design, automation, engine, bioengineering, thermal fluid or electromechanical device problems. Seniors will be given some heavy-duty projects like the SAE Aero Design West airplane competition, ASME Human Powered Vehicle race or even the Urban Search and Rescue robotic competition. You can go on to obtain careers in health care, renewable energy, propulsion, environmental controls, aerospace and or motor sports.
