I recently went to my local health food store and bought Quantum Super Lysine & Cold Stick Tube Lip Protector & Cold Sore Treatment to help prevent cold sore outbreaks and keep my lips soft and protected. I will say I have had very positive results since I have been using it and haven’t had a cold sore outbreak from being out in the sun because it contains SPF-20 in it.
