Most of the John Cena action figures are similar in styling. The toys feature the wrestler in either black or green shorts, usually shirtless with exaggerated muscles, displaying an aggressive expression, and often boxed with an accessory item. Most of these action figures are designed with many points of articulation as well.

Ringside Collectibles also has the John Cena WWE Ruthless Aggression 30 series action figure for purchase. The toy features him in green shorts, black shoes, and shirtless. The price for this WWE gift is a cheap $8.97 online (here).
Another very similar action figure is the John Cena WWE PPV No Way Out toy. The wrestler is outfitted in green shorts, black shoes, shirtless, and includes a hat. This gift is almost identical to the previous toy mentioned, but is cheaper. It costs $7.97 online (here) from Ringside Collectibles.
My personal favorite John Cena action figure is the WWE Havoc Unleashed series. Here the wrestler is still dressed the same with black shorts, black shoes, and no shirt. But he sports a different expression than the previous wrestling toys mentioned. It’s a more hardcore, less insane look. You can find this WWE gift at Toy Wiz for a cheap price of $8.99 onlin (here).
Toy Wiz also has a couple of the WWE Micro Aggression series at a cheap price. The Micro Aggression series is made up of miniature 2″ action figure wrestlers. They are sold as a 3 pack of wrestlers with one accessory item. Because of their size, they are less detailed, but they still make a great gift. You can find a WWE Ruthless Aggression Best of 2006 at Toy Rocket; which is quite different in looks than the Ruthless Aggression Best of 2007 toy. The 2006 WWE wrestling toy is outfitted in blue shorts, white shoes, and “The Champ is Here” shirt. This toy is more subtle in expression than any so far mentioned. John Cena Gifts
Wrestling T-shirts make good John Cena gifts; especially if the shirt displays an image of the wrestler himself. A cheap John Cena T-shirt can be found at Wal-Mart for $7.93 online. It is a black cotton shirt with a graphic of the wrestler. This WWE gift is only available in an XL size online.
