Cheap Birthday Party Ideas

Birthday Party Ideas, Cheap Birthday Party

The first thing to thing to think about when you are trying to get cheap birthday party ideas are what can you do better and more efficiently. There are several things that you can do that are like a knock off. Say for example you are going to have a birthday party for a little boy who is about 7 years old. Let’s make it fun. Instead of going all out keep in mind that a party is fun because it is time together with friends doing something out of the ordinary. So what about a backwards birthday party? I did this when my child turned 7 and it turned out to be a major hit. Instead of anything really big they just wore their clothes backwards and when it came time for people to come or leave they said opposite greetings or salutations. When someone came in my son said “Goodbye”, and when they left he said “hello it’s great to see you.”

Another great thing to do is use coupons. Everyone can have a birthday party with sodas which we did too, but not everyone can have a party with orange Julius. So what we did is got some coupons for orange juice and ended up paying only a couple dollars for a few cartons and made orange Julius for everyone to drink. Plus they are much healthier for your children and the children that will be there. Instead of sodas you will be using fruit and juices along with yogurt. You can also get coupons for the yogurt and end up paying only like 5 dollars for enough drink for about 20 kids. Almost every child that I have met loves Orange Julius’s so it should be of no inconvenience to them, and could even be turned into something fun for the kids to do at the part also.

Another great thing that every child likes is piñatas. Now with piñatas it gets a little sticky, literally. The beautiful thing about piñatas is that they are really easy and a great child project to make. So just keep some newspaper and have baking soda and water and make some piñatas. The candy to fill them up you can get from the store with coupons if you have them. Either way you just got a piñata and candy for fewer than 10 dollars. Not only that but you also have a lot of memories that you just built with your child from making the piñata with them. The pictures that you create from making the piñatas could actually be put on the front of the piñata, which would be fun also. You can find the directions to make it online roughly easy, but all that you do is mix baking soda and water for the paste; cut the newspaper in one inch slabs (I prefer long wise) and then dip them in the glue and place them on a balloon that you blew up (to whichever size you prefer for the piñata)
