Celebrity Net Worth Classic ‘Star Wars’ – Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill & Carrie Fisher

Billy Dee Williams, Eddie Fisher

“Star Wars” tells us that the force is with us. It’s clear to anyone who’s in the know, that with those classic Hollywood sci-fi movies, the force of profit is definitely with many connected with the making of them. Creator George Lucas recently sold his company, Lucasfilm, and all the rights associated to Star Wars to Disney. Now, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Princess Lea (Carrie Fisher) and Darth Vader (James Earl Jones) belongs to Mickey Mouse house and the Donald Duck buck. So, just how much are the stars of wars worth?

Harrison Ford
He’s Han Solo, the daring ship pilot and rogue, and also Indiana Jones, the daring archaeologist and adventurer. After starring in the “Star Wars” movies, Harrison Ford became many things, in many movies, even the president of the united states in the action packed, “Air Force One. The other known role he’s probably most known for his CIA spy Jack Ryan in “Clear and Present Danger” and “Patriot Games”. Ford claims many movies to his credit and his credit ledger boasts an estimated fortune of $210 million. That’s a lot of loot to tune-up the Millennium Falcon, eh Chewbacca?

Mark Hamill
He’s the brave Jedi in training, but at heart he’s a simple farm boy. In three blockbuster movies, actor Mark Hamill brought Luke Skywalker to vivid life. He grew up to learn that Darth Vader wasn’t just a big, bad villain, but also dear old dad. Hamill has carved out a nice acting career for himself, and he’s a self described geek who loves comic books and such. Hamill may get a chance to play Skywalker again, as Disney has said they’ll be releasing new movies most likely based on the original films. Before that happens, Hamill can comfort himself with his fortune, which is estimated at $6 million dollars.

Carrie Fisher
She ran around in a galaxy far, far away as a royal with an attitude. The classic notion of a princess being fair and dainty is obviously an unheard one for the heroine Princess Leia, who fought alongside the men just as bravely. By the time she became Jabba The Hutt’s slave girl – complete with skimpy outfit and chained leash and collar – in “Return of The Jedi”, Fisher was a household name. Fisher, who’s family pedigree includes Hollywood notables in mother Debbie Reynolds and father Eddie Fisher, turned to writing after creating Princess Leia. Fisher became known as a go to script doctor to rewrite and tweak screenplays. She’s also authored several books. She can basically write her own ticket when it comes to the written word, and her estimated fortune is literate $2.5 million dollars.

Billy Dee Williams
In “Empire Strikes Back”, Han Solo looks up his old friend, Lando Calrissian. He’s now the head of Cloud City, a nice little flying hamlet that’s made a deal with the evil empire. Billy Dee Williams was well known before Lucas cast him as the suave politician, but the big movies gave him even more fame and fortune. With roles opposite Diana Ross in the popular, “Lady Sings The Blues” and “Mahogany”, Williams was an in demand leading man of the 1970’s. Williams also dabbles in art, and he’s a respected painter. His estimated fortune is a cosmic $7.5 million dollars.
