Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder Review

Alkali, Protein Powder, Whey, Whey Protein, Whey Protein Powder

I thoroughly enjoy working out, daily in fact. So naturally I am always on the hunt for better and more nutritious protein powders to assist me in muscle growth. Most protein powders that I have drank in the past have a chalky taste, or the flavoring just doesn’t taste good. Many protein powders just don’t taste good, and so I wanted to find a protein powder that was affordable and tasted good. Another problem with many of the protein powders that are currently available is the hidden vitamins, stuff that could harm your kidneys or liver so I try to stick to a pure protein powder to get the best results. I also wanted to choose a protein powder that was affordable, I don’t like spending sometimes forty and up on something that isn’t going to last me more then a month or two. Low and behold I found an excellent bargain in protein, and that is Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate. The title might be long, but the product is exceptional, from a price point and from a taste point.

The Taste:

The taste or the lack of it is what irritates me about most protein powders. When I wake up to start my work out in the morning, I want something that tastes good, and makes me actually not wish that I was eating a donut. Fortunately the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder has an exceptional chocolate taste, which really does taste like chocolate, what a surprise. I usually mix this shake with soy milk or reduced fat milk which really improves the taste, but if you are on a budget you can also mix this with water and it will taste just as good, just not as creamy as if you were using milk.

Overall Opinion:

As you can see by the ingredients this stuff is really natural, so it’s not going to bust your kidneys or kill your liver like some of those expensive nutrition store brands will. Which means that this protein powder is safer for teenagers who are active in sports, as opposed to those expensive brands which have anabolic properties and who knows what else? I also noticed some growth in my muscles while using this as part of my daily regimen, there are lean mass activators and amino acids, and a fare amount of protein as well. If you are looking for a beginners protein mix, or an affordable addition to your workout then I recommend Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder, especially in the chocolate flavor.
