The style is pure casual and fun. They do take reservations. But it is also the type of St. Paul restaurant where you just drop in any time. Boca Chica Restaurante is open Monday – 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM – 10:00PM Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Sunday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

There are three types of lunch. First, there is the lunch buffet that is available Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM where you get to choose from three homestyle dishes, enchiladas, soup, salad etc for $8.25. They also have Combination Lunches where you can make your own combination by picking any two of the following for $6.25 -Crisp Beef Taco, Soft Beef Taco, Chicken Taco, Beef or Cheese Enchilada, Deep Fried Taco, Bean Tostada, Bean & Beef Tostada, Bean & Beef Burrito or the Bean & Cheese Burrito. You can pick one of the larger combination lunches such as the Fajita Tacos- Two soft corn tortillas filled with onions & tomatoes and either grilled seasoned beef steak or chicken and topped with Mexican white cheese and avocado. Served with a side of Spanish rice, refried beans or black beans for $7.75. You can also choose from entrees such as Chimichanga for $6.25, Chile Relleno for $7.75, Enchiladas de Pollo for $7.50 or Chorizo con Huevos for $7.75.

For dinner, you can start off with a Taco Salad for $9.25 or a more unusual salad, the Ensalada de Nopales which is Marinated cactus strips on a bed of lettuce, topped with onion, tomato, cilantro & Mexican cheese for $4.50. The main course can be Huevos Rancheros con Carne de Puerco for 9.95, Guisados de Puerco con Chile Verde .A pork stew with cactus strips sauteed in green chile sauce for $12.50, Carne Asada Americana – two grilled butterfly steaks. with sopa, American fries & salad for $12.75 or Enchiladas Huatulco – two enchiladas filled with shrimp & king crab surimi for 12.50.

Boca Chica Restaurante will also make up and deliver catering trays. You can also come and enjoy authentic Mexican Mariachi music the fourth Saturday of the month from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
