Whichever dog park you decide to bring your family pet to be sure to remember to be courteous and gracious. Here you can get more information from the Houston Dog Park Association on local Meet Up groups. Attending one of these will give you the chance to meet other local dog lovers and dog park users. I highly recommend attending you will be able to talk with leaders and advocates from dog friendly organizations. It is the perfect opportunity to get tips from dog trainers, behaviorists, business owners, food suppliers, trainers and pet lovers. It is a good idea to let you dog explore the dog park at opening or closing the first time to get a feel for it without it being crowded.
