Benefits of Joining a Book-Of-The-Month-Club

Contemporary Romance

If you are an avid reader and collector of books, you may want to consider joining a book-of-the-month-club. It can save you a lot of money than purchasing books at retail price. There are book-of-the-month-club’s for just about any interest.

How a Book-Of-The-Month-Club Works

To entice new mebers to join, most book-of-the-month-club’s offer four or five books for a few cents a piece, plus shipping and handling. As added incentive, new members can often pick up an extra book for half the publishers price when they register. In exchange for picking up so many books at such a discount, members agree to purchase four more books at regular club price (which is still less than the retail price) within the next two years. Now, if you are a book aficionado, you will have no problem buying four books in two months, let alone two years! Book-of-the-month-club’s then send out flyers to all members each month, with a pre-selected editor’s choice. Unless you send back the response card, you will receive the editor’s choice. If you don’t want the editor’s choice, or would prefer another selection, you can simply fill out the info on the card and mail it back it. Or…even easier, save a stamp and reply online. Managing a book-of-the-month-club online is easy and free. You can pay your bill online as well.
