Aubrey Organics Jojoba Oil Review

Jojoba, Jojoba Oil

In my experience, I have found only a few personal care products made with the high quality ingredients of Aubrey Organics. After having used numerous Aubrey Organics products, I am confident in their purity and don’t even have to read the ingredient label, because I know they have such high standards!

A few years ago I was introduced to Jojoba Oil when I was into making my own personal care products, such as lotions, bath oils, and lip balms. It made an excellent carrier oil, but I also found it had some wonderful uses straight from the bottle!

Jojoba Oil can be used much like Vitamin E Oil, you can dab it right onto the skin to help soften and moisturize, and you can use it to help remove makeup. Aubrey Organics Jojoba Oil is 100% Organic, and it comes in a small 2 ounce plastic container, with green lettering. The coordinating green cap has a flip style lid, but it unscrews as well.

The front of the bottle reads “For Hot Oil Treatments”, meaning that this Organic Jojoba Oil can be used to give the hair a hot oil treatment. Doing this helps hydrate and moisturize the scalp. It helps dry hair and also assists in keeping static problems a thing of the past.

Aubrey Organics Jojoba Oil is 100% pure jojoba oil, there are no other cheaper oils added to the formula (and I have been fooled by those products in the past). It contains 100% Simmondsia chinensis (organic jojoba) seed oil. If you have never used Jojoba Oil, you are missing out! It is a clear golden color, and feels luxurious on the skin. I much prefer using Jojoba Oil to Vitamin E, and it doesn’t get that rancid odor that Vitamin E sometimes gets with age.

The bottle retails for $10.78, which is a good price for a high quality Jojoba Oil – and it’s been my experience such a superior, organic oil can be hard to find. If you are going to have one oil in your bathroom cabinet, it should be Jojoba Oil!

You can use Jojoba Oil as a cuticle softener, as a replacement for lip balm, a hair conditioner, an all over body oil, and it can be used on the face by persons who have dry skin as well as those who have oily skin. Jojoba oil helps oily skin by balancing the skin’s sebum. In this way, it moisturizes dry skin as well as controls the oil production for those who have oily skin.

If you have sensitive skin like me, you may find that you can tolerate Jojoba Oil when you can’t other products. It is a natural antimicrobial, and because it is very similar to the skins own oils, it doesn’t usually cause any allergic reactions in sensitive people. I’ve never had any reactions to Jojoba Oil.

It is naturally comodogenic, which means it won’t clog the skins pores, and some people have found it works well for controlling their acne. Jojoba Oil has several medicinal uses, and can be a remedy for athletes foot, warts, cold sores, and even for helping to fade scars. It is even used as an anti-aging beauty product, as some women have had good results with fine lines after using Jojoba Oil. Of course, what works for one person may not work for another, I am just telling you what I have learned about this amazing oil.
