Seizures affect the neurological state of one’s self being. The conditions of this disorder seizes the moment and causes havoc on one’s life. Brain activity and bodily movements are the first clear sign a seizure is occurring. Seizures range in severity.

Awareness of a petit mal seizure should be more recognized, but isn’t. Commonly this disorder doesn’t go beyond childhood. If it by chance it does, it can be even more dangerous. If the person is behind the wheel of a vehicle.

A child who suffers from petit mal is often prescribed medication to control the episodes of seizures. Medication usually helps the child to not only control the episodes but to help them out grow them. Children usually out grows this type of seizure.
