Apple Juice Baby Back Ribs – Recipe

Apple Juice, Baby Back Ribs, Barbeque Sauce

A lot of people think that making fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs is too complicated to even try. It’s really very simple and the only ingredients you need are a rack of ribs from the grocery store, some apple juice, and some barbeque sauce of your choosing. This easy recipe pays back in a big way after just a few minutes of your time.

While you are preheating your oven to 300 degrees, line a deep baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving enough extra that you will be able to cover the ribs. Place the ribs in the pan, cutting them into sections if necessary to get them to fit. Pour enough apple juice over them so that they are about three -quarters immersed in it. Carefully bring the foil up over them and seal it with a couple of folds. Place the ribs in the oven for two hours. The foil will seal in the moisture as they cook in the apple juice and they will become moist and falling off the bone tender. After you have waited the two hours, remove them from the oven, drain all of the apple juice, and brush on your favorite barbeque sauce. Cover with new foil and continue baking for about forty-five more minutes.

As the smell of your delicious baby back ribs fills the house you will wonder why you didn’t start making them at home even sooner. You didn’t even have to go outside and fire up your grill!
