Scottie Pippen was recently inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame and can be seen from time to time expressing his opinions and predictions on the NBA.
According to his website, Dennis Rodman has been seen everywhere since his retirement, up until last year making appearances to play ball in China and Europe, as well as appearing on reality shows, promoting his new comic book line, and frequenting fashion events.
Luc Longley is far from the spotlight, has moved back to his hometown of Fremantle in Australia, and runs a surf and dive charter vessel in and around Australia and Papua New Guinea, according to azcentral. He is still a big basketball fan and now has the time to raise his kids and work on his new business.
If you are a Chicago Bulls radio listener, you have probably gotten used to hearing Bill Wellington voice. He is now the radio color analyst for the Bulls, still living in the Chicago area, and is rumored to have been considered for some notable coaching jobs both in the NBA and at the collegiate level.
Ron Harper went on to win a couple more championships with the Lakers after his career with the Bulls, and most recently has been seen coaching in the NBA as an assistant for the Detroit Pistons. Harper, revealed in a Cleveland Cavaliers News interview, was inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame in 2007.
Steve Kerr also experienced success after his career ended with the Bulls, winning a championship with the San Antonio Spurs. Kerr traded a TNT NBA analyst position for the post of General Manager of the Phoenix Suns in 2007, and since then has helped get the Phoenix Suns back to another Western Conference Finals this year.
Toni Kukoc hung around in the NBA as well for a number of years after his years with the Bulls, but had varied success with the 76ers, the Hawks and the Bucks before retiring after the 2006 season. According to The Buzz, Kukoc still lives in the Chicago area, his son attending Highland Park High School recently signed with the University of Pennsylvania. He will be a freshman in the fall 2010.
Jud Buechler, surfshot reports, is enjoying his time in California on the beach, raising his kids and spending time with his family, as well as riding some waves.
Scott Burrell became a coach with the NBA Development League Colorado 14ers before moving on, according to The Quinnipiac Chronicle to an assistant coach at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
Other notable Players include Randy Brown and Dickey Simpkins, the former, according to the Bulls, was named Director of Player Development for the Chicago Bulls right before the 2009-2010 season this year. Simpkins spends his time, LZ Hoops reported, inspiring young basketball players, making guest appearances and speaking publicly, and founded Next Level Performance, an exclusive basketball training company where he is also acting Head Trainer.
