* Power Waves Circuit: Intervals of cardio formats layered with resistance training using pool noodles and aqua bells.
* EZT Pool: A 45 Minute class that concentrates on range of motion, stretching and flexibility.
* Barbell Flex: Use of barbells and dumbbells to target all the major muscle groups.
* Studio Cycle: Group cycling classes are fun, athletic, motivating cardiovascular workouts.
* Fitness Yoga: A yoga class targeted for the mainstream fitness participant. Integrates body and mind through yoga poses for total performance with focus on strength, conditioning and flexibility. Taught at an intermediate level.
* Cardio Jam PLUS Core: A fun non-stop, multi-intensity, high calorie burning workout with energizing dance/athletic based moves.
* Step and Sculpt: This class is 1/2 Cardio Step and 1/2 Barbell Flex. This is a bilingual class.
* Splash Dance: Fat burning cardio class in the water. Safe for all participants.
* TBC 90: Cross-training class that combines everything from step aerobics, kick boxing, Zumba dance, boot camp athletic drills AND resistance training with tubes and weights.
* Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music and dance steps that create a dynamic, exciting and effective cardio session.
* H20 Sculpt: A gentle muscle conditioning class, using pool noodles and aqua bells to sculpt and tone muscles without high impact. All levels welcome.
* Mat Pilates: Class that combines the precise movements of Joseph Pilates with traditional fitness elements.

Review: As soon as I walked into Gold’s Gym in Garland I received the warmest welcome that I have ever received from any gym that I have ever been to. The employee in the front reception area gave me her complete undivided attention and gave me a comprehensive tour of the facility. Customer service at this local is paramount to its overall quality. Between the manager, employees, and personal trainers, there is nothing a member will go without. Appearances can be deceiving in this case as the buildings outside appearance suggests a small interior, but there is ample room for a large assortment of neatly organized free weights and weight machines in the main work out area. There are also spacious separate rooms for basketball, racquetball, and aerobic machines. There were more people working out than I expected, but there were enough empty machines and free weights for everybody to use. The music playing in the background was at a perfect volume that allowed for me to use my own MP3 player with comfort. After a vigorous workout with the free weights and a free consultation offer from a Personal Trainer I inspected the locker room and showers. Both areas were immaculately clean which ended my visit with a positive overall experience. Upon leaving the gym the same employee who greeted me opened the door for me to leave, which I found very thoughtful.
