Gym Memberships in Los Angeles

It is the perfect time to find a gym to join in Los Angeles. There are so many New Year resolution deals out right now. I like a gym that offers variety so that I don’t get bored with my workout routine. Here are the top gyms in Los Angeles to help you keep your fitness and weight loss goals.

Gear Fitness Studio

6689 W. Sunset Blvd.

Hollywood, CA

Gear is located right on Sunset and is very easy to get to from the 101 freeway. Your first class is free and gym membership is unlimited for $89 a month. They are currently offering 50% off if you sign up with a friend. I signed up using this offer and my friend and we split the bill. The classes they offer are cycling, yoga, cardio, boxing and pilates. The equipment is top of the line, the instructors will motivate you and the music gets you pumped up to work out. They have the best spinning classes in Los Angeles and have helped me with my weigh loss goals.

Easton Gym Hollywood

8053 Beverly Blvd

Los Angeles, CA

Easton Gym has two locations in Los Angeles. They have a gym in Santa Monica and another in Hollywood. I prefer their Hollywood location because I love the friendly trainers and the location. They have a rooftop deck and it is just gorgeous. This gym is never crowded and you can get a month-to-month contract. They make the gym very inviting and they are always updating their equipment. Their classes include yoga, kickboxing, cycling, body sculpting and more.

Body Maxx

8474 W 3rd Street, Suite 110

Los Angeles, CA

Body Maxx made me feel like a celebrity. They are very one on one and consult with every member and even give you a nutritional analysis. They offer weight loss programs, sport conditioning, cardio workouts, and assisted all of my work outs. I loved that this gym always had enough stability balls on hand and really helped me lose weight and improve my strength. The gym membership was $250 a month and $1200 a year. They do offer a 3 month and 6 month gym membership as well. I loved this gym, but just couldn’t afford it.

Boot Camp LA

5801 Wilshire Blvd

Los Angeles, CA

Boot Camp LA is a perfect alternative for people who don’t want to be stuck inside running on a treadmill. After getting sick of people being really gross and not wiping down the machines at my old gym, I decided to try Boot Camp LA. It was a very fun program and payment was a one time fee of $295 for a four week session. We did a lot of running, sit ups, squats and the schedule was very flexible. I loved that I was outdoors and with a large group of people. It was very challenging and a great program for weight loss especially if you want to get rid of that last stubborn ten pounds.
