Spring Themed Parties: 6 Spring Centerpiece Ideas for Under $10

Here are 6 easy Spring centerpiece arrangements you can make for les than $10 a piece. They work perfectly as centerpieces or additions to your home during the Spring.

1. To make this Spring inspired centerpiece you will need:

White scrapbook paper

Leaves

Paint

Ribbon/ Twine

Flowers

Scissors

Cut your white out in a piece that is slightly taller than you jar and wide enough to completely wrap around the empty jar. Now, crumple it into a ball in your hand. Flatten it back out.

Lightly paint some leaves with pastel colored paint. Press them into the plain side of the white scrapbook paper cut out. Let this dry.

Now, you need to wrap the paper cut out with the designs facing out around the jar. Tie it on with a piece of twine or ribbon. Insert some daisies, mum, or other Spring flowers.

2. To make this simple centerpiece you will need:

Glass Jar

Fresh blades of grass

Twine

Mums

Rubber band

Stand one fresh blade of grass up to your jar. Cut the end of the stalk off at a height that will allow it to be about 2 inches taller than the jar. Line the green grass flat around your jar. Use your rubber band to hold the grass around the jar. Cover the rubber band with twine, rope, or a pretty Spring colored ribbon. Insert inexpensive mums, daisies, or whatever fresh spring flowers are available at the grocery store.

2. Bowl of Floating Spring Flowers

This one is free. Have the kids go collect some fresh flowers from the yard. Fill a large beautiful bowl with some water. Now use the spring flowers to float in there. Flowers like daisies will work best. Trim the stem off to about 1 inch from the bud. Place in the middle of your table. You will be surprised at how many people pick one up and hold it.

3. To make this Spring centerpiece you will need:

Glass jar

Twigs

Pastel Ribbon

Spring Flowers

Pastel Spray paint

Have the kids collect a large selection of thin twigs from off the ground outside. Snap them all off at a similar length. Now, paint them out in a white or soft pastel color. Use spray paint.

Group them around your jar and hold them in place with a rubber band. Be sure to cover your glass jar completely. Tie a beautiful ribbon in Spring colors around the rubber band. Insert some daisies or even tulips.

4. To make this Thanksgiving centerpiece you will need:

Large platter or plate

Fresh Spring Flower Leaves

White Pillar Candles

Have the kids go collect some fresh leaves from the bushes and flowers in the yard. Line a pretty white or silver platter with the leaves. Place $10 worth of pillar candle on the platter of fresh green leaves. You can buy pillar candle at Michaels Arts and Crafts for as little as $1 a piece.

5. To make this centerpiece for your Spring table you will need:

Empty Glass condiment Jars

Ribbon

Flowers

Tie a beautiful Spring ribbon around the mouth of each jar. This is the cover the rough edges that are meant to hold the lid on. Insert some Spring flowers form the grocery store. You can buy daisies, mums, and great fall colored flowers at the grocery store for $4 a bunch.
