Restaurant Review: Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant

I always enjoy eating at a Mexican restaurant. I have been to Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant in Sacramento, California. I love Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant for so many reasons.

The food is excellent. They serve a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes. I can get something different every time I go. They have soups, fajitas, burritos, taco salads, and more. One of my favorite dishes is the chicken enchilada. The chicken enchilada is fresh and hot. They use white chicken meat with no fat. They put an abundant of cheese on the enchilada, which makes it so good. They also cover the enchilada with a red spicy sauce. The entrée comes with two chicken enchiladas, rice, beans and salad. What else I like about their food is their chips and salsa. The chips are warm and crisp. The salsa comes with fresh vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro. The server is willing to give you as much as chips and salsas you want.

The atmosphere is clean. The windows, doors and floors are all clean. I haven’t seen any trash or debris. The drinking glasses, plates and utensils have always been clean and free of debris. The ladies restroom is clean. They are stocked with supplies; it is free of odor and trash.

The service is friendly and helpful. The host greeted me with a friendly smile when I walked into Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant. I was seated right away and handed a menu. Soon after being seated the server approached my table and greeted me with a smile. He asked if I wanted anything to drink and if I was ready to order. I asked the server what is good. He gave me personal suggestions such as the fajitas plate, enchiladas and taco plate. I found him very helpful when it came to the decision making process.

The price of the food is inexpensive. I didn’t spend more than ten dollars during my visit. My visit included an entrée and a drink. The price is well worth the quality of food that you receive. I have been to other Mexican restaurants that were just as expensive but the food wasn’t that great. I would leave feeling dissatisfied and unhappy.

The food, service, and atmosphere of Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant make this an excellent place to eat. I would recommend Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant to anyone who is in the mood for delicious Mexican food.
