Natural Ways to Cure Stomach Pains

Do you suffer from gout, stomach aches, ulcers, and heartburn? Have you been using over the counter medicines and worthless prescriptions prescribed by your family doctor that just do not work? Did you know you could cure all those general health problems in safe natural ways? Well you can as long as you have cabbage, dandelion, potatoes, berries, peppermint leaves, honey and yogurt on hand. It is known that many of the items not only treat the general health problems I mentioned about, but cure them as well as long as you eat them every day.

For the last two years I have been suffering from stomach ulcers and stomach aches and haven’t been able to hardly anything. I tried over the counter medications and things prescribed by doctors, but not one of them seemed to work and only made my pain and symptoms worse. I was searching high and low for ways to get rid of my stomach pains, but what I didn’t realize was everything to cure my stomach pains was right under my nose. I had began researching the Internets, library’s and books stores for natural remedies to cure my stomach problems and of coarse I found some of the best natural remedies.

One of my favorite remedies for ulcers is honey. I took two tablespoons of pure straight honey twice a day, morning and night every day. Honey has great vitamins and minerals that promote healing in the lining of your stomach and helps sooth it. Honey also is a great antibiotic to use when you have infections inside your body and need to heal those infections fast such as ulcers. Honey also works great for constipation, diarrhea, and heartburn, and all you need to do is take two tablespoons for immediate relief.

My second favorite natural remedy to use is cabbage. Cabbage and cabbage juice are great for treating ulcers, gout, and constipation. You get the most benefits of the cabbage if you eat it ram or drink just the juice from it. If you prefer just make coleslaw or some sort of salad using raw cabbage and that will work just as well, however you will have to eat coleslaw twice a day for about a month to see full results.

My third favorite natural remedy to use is bake potatoes. Eating a bake potato with its skin gives you a great amount of potassium as well as other many healing components. Potatoes are great for healing ulcers, constipation, gout, and heartburn. So forget about all the bad things you have heard about a bake potato because it sure is worth eating when you are not feeling great. Potatoes are also great to eat raw with a little salt to help solve some of the general health problems I have mention, and when you cut a piece of raw potato on a wart for twenty minutes a day, twice a day, it will help get rid of your wart.

The fourth favorite remedy I love to yes is dandelions. Dandelions provide many vitamins and minerals that will help heal all tummy problems up fast when you eat them in a raw salad. You can also take the dandelion flower and make an herbal tea with it as well for a great soothing nutrient full drink for when you are ill and need something light to sip on.

Now the rest of the remedies I haven’t mention yet like berries, peppermint leaves, and yogurt, help prevent, treat, and cure all stomach problems. Peppermint sooths an achy stomach, yogurt carry’s healthy bacteria in it to help fight off bad bacteria and infections in the stomach, and berries provide antioxidants that help heal and sooth the lining of the stomach. These remedies are also great for stopping the burning feeling of heartburn and my actually cure it if taken every day.

I really hope this article helps some of you out there suffering from stomach problems because I know those natural remedies I mentioned in this article sure have helped me. Stop wasting your money, time, and health on useless over the counter medicines and strong prescriptions that don’t work, and start using the natural remedies that heal and work with your body naturally.
