Barlean’s Mango Peach Omega Swirl Review

Barlean’s Mango Peach Omega Swirl fish oil supplement “caught me” by surprise. I don’t enjoy taking fish oil capsules or pills.
The Omega Swirl line of organic oils taste incredibly delicious. You just take two teaspoons straight or in a smoothie.

Dr. Oz talks about the health benefits of taking fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids. In an article in First for Women magazine, fish oil combined with Vitamin C is touted as the cure for stubborn belly fat.

According to Dr. Oz, omega-3’s help lower the stress hormone cortisol.

The texture of the Barlean’s omega swirl is a lot like a thin yogurt. The mango peach flavor was fantastic. There is no fishy taste or oily texture at all. The mango peach is very sweet and smells great.

The Barlean’s organic oil mango peach Omega Swirl comes in a 16 ounce black plastic package that fits nicely in the refrigerator.

Here are a few things to know about the Barlean’s Mango Peach Omega Swirl:
