Tarot: Real or Not?

Tarot fascinates many. People have looked to tarot readings for guidance and direction for hundreds of years. There are many tarot decks available. There are also many spreads in which the cards can be laid out in. For example, a past, present and future reading consists of three cards. Some spreads contain ten or more cards.

There are many who claim to be psychics who give tarot readings for a fee. They say that your future can be predicted. Is that true? Can a tarot reading tell you what lies ahead or what you should be in a bad situation? Many believe it can, yet other are quite skeptical.

A tarot deck is made up of sixty plus cards. Each and every card says a specific thing. The things that are said on the tarot cards relate to specific aspects of life. Some speak of relationships, others of money. Some relate to fertility and birth, others to loss. Each card has a unique message that is said to be what the person getting the reading is meant to hear or learn.

Given the fact that the aspects of life are all the same for all of us who are living any of the cards in a tarot deck can be related to our own personal lives. This means with any reading you get the message of each card you receive can be applied towards your life and situation in one way or another.

Does that mean that the tarot reading are false? Fake and phony and make believe? Not exactly. I am not through yet. I do believe in the Divine. I believe in what is meant to be and in God’s will.

Tarot reading and cards are like tools in a way. A reader can give a reading to a person. Any of the cards in the deck will apply to that person, yes, but they will only receive ten or so of the cards. Who is to say that the cards they receive are not the specific cards they are meant to receive. That would make tarot readings real, and Divine.

Say you have a big problem. Say you seek a tarot reading for help and guidance. Who is to say that God will not work through that tarot reader and show you the cards, or messages, that you need to see and learn in order to solve your problem. All of the messages on tarot cards are meant to make you think, prepare, learn, and decide.

The Divine powers of the Earth and beyond work is magical and mysterious ways. In the end, if you debate whether tarot is real or not long enough you may come to conclude the same as I have. People are meant to receive the cards that they do. Tarot can be used as a form of guidance in a way and is not totally make believe. It’s up to chance what cards the one receiving the reading will get. The Dive is said to control chance. Thanks for reading and take care!
