Product Review: Spode “Fruit Haven” Dinnerware Collection

I love having dinner parties at my house. I go all out in making everything fun including the dinnerware my guests eat from. Usually when I have a dinner party I have a theme to go with the dinner party. One theme that I have used to entertain my guests is a spring theme. I bought some dinnerware called Spode “Fruit Haven” Dinnerware Collection to go with the theme. I love the Spode “Fruit Haven” Dinnerware Collection for so many reasons.

The Spode “Fruit Haven” Dinnerware Collection to me represents spring. Of course you don’t have to just use the dishware in the spring. Each piece of dishware has patterns of fruit and leaves with butterflies and bees flying around. The colors of nature get you in the mood for spring. Some of the colors on the dishware were green, yellow, red and white. I have received many compliments from friends and family regarding how beautiful the dishware looks. Everyone seems to want to buy the collection after they see mine on the dinner table. You can purchase the dishware in separately or like me you can buy the entire four-piece set. The four-piece set includes a dinner plate, salad plate, cereal bowl and mug. The cost for the entire set was $80 dollars and that is not including shipping. They also have other pieces that would match the four-piece dishware for an additional cost for each item. For example, I just had to buy the salt and pepper shakers. The cost for that was $29 dollars. Some other matching pieces are serving bowl, platter, centerpiece for the table, Hors D’Oeuvres plate, tea set and some other pieces. With a few add on it really can make your dinner table look just beautiful.

The Spode “Fruit Haven” Dinnerware Collection is durable. The dinnerware is made of earthenware, which prevents it from cracking or breaking. As a matter of fact I dropped one of the mugs on the kitchen counter and it didn’t break. The dinnerware is also dishwasher and microwave safe. The dishware looks so nice that I didn’t think it would also be so durable but it has been.
