Jakks Pacific and WWE’s Best Toy Wrestling Rings

Holidays are approaching fast and it is time for to starting buying toys for all those little wrestling fans, and nothing is better than a scaled wrestling ring for their action-figures to go in. It is not as simple as it sounds though, because World Wrestling Entertainment and Jakks have gone all out on their wrestling rings, offering a wide variety and bonus figures that come with them. Here is a rundown of some of the best rings they have to offer.

Hardcore Barbed Wire Ring: WWE is known for great traditional wrestling from legends such as Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, but when they put on hardcore matches, some wrestlers have pulled out all of the stops. A lot of these matches include future Hall of Famer Mick Foley and this ring comes with an exclusive Mick Foley figure. Instead of the traditional ropes, the ring is wrapped around with brutal fake barbed wire, and comes with a bunch of hardcore accessories. These include a barbed wire bat, street sign, breakaway table, and a replica steel pipe. This is a great package for all the action figures to have a huge hardcore battle royal.

Casket Match Ring: One of the most unusual matches and catered to only one superstar in the WWE is the Casket Match, introduced by the Undertaker. The match does not end until one of the wrestlers has been placed into a casket with the lid shut. Now these infamous matches can be reenacted with this set that comes packed with an exclusive Undertaker figure. The casket is good quality, with multiple pieces placed together and not just simply an empty box. The set also comes with a shovel to pummel opponents with and Smackdown logos on the ring because that is the show Undertaker currently wrestles on.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match Ring: When WWE used to sell ladder accessories with their figures, but unless children rigged up things, there never anything for the action-figures to climb up to. This is solved with the Money in the Bank Ladder Match ring set. This set comes with a set-up that goes around the ring to have either a briefcase or belt hang down from. It also comes with three functional ladders that can be set up or folded down. Not only that, but the set comes with two exclusive figures, Shelton Benjamin and RVD, two ladder match specialists, that have performed in some of the best ladder matches in WWE History.

Wrestlemania 2 Real Scale Ring: Sometimes wrestling rings can be too small (WWE Stunt Action Ring) or too tall (WWF Raw Ring), but Jakks took out all the stops, and did all of the measurements to create the Wrestlemania 2 Real Scale Ring with surrounding cage. All of your figures will fit perfect inside of this ring, where the battle between Hulk Hogan and King Kong Bundy took place at the main event of Wrestlemania 2. It comes with over 40 pieces to put together so hopefully your child has a little patience assembling this one. It is also a great collector’s item to keep in the box, as this ring keeps going up in value.

Elimination Chamber Scale Ring: The Elimination Chamber is one of WWE’s most unique matches that debuted at the 2002 Survivor Series and Jakks and WWE teamed up to created their biggest ring yet. Another Elimination Chamber ring was released, but it was not to scale and it was hard to fit your wrestlers inside, but this one can hold over 80 WWE figures and takes just as long to assemble as the Wrestlemania 2 scale ring. It comes with a removable roof, real foam turnbuckles, and measures over 33 inches wide, so it may take up a lot of children’s bedroom, but this is one of the best rings they have ever produced.

There are many other wrestling rings released by Jakks and WWE, but the best ones are listed above, and because they are the best, they may be hard to find. The best bet would either be to check EBay or Toys R Us for these great collectibles.
