Make sure to get a variety of breads to make things interesting and make trays of toppings for a convenient build-you-own-sandwich buffet. Make sure to cover your bases and get different types of cheeses, deli meets, vegetables, and dressings. Grilled chicken, meatballs, and toppings like hummus and flavored butters are also great for sandwiches and subs.
