Bistro MD Review: Roasted Turkey Pomegranate

While on my Bistro MD diet, I was extremely excited to try the Roasted Turkey Pomegranate meal simply because it sounded so appetizing and would match the 17 Day Diet requirements.

The diet delivery meal came via FedEx as part of my five days of breakfast, lunches and dinners to my doorstep.

The Roasted Turkey Pomegranate ended up being one of my favorites. The turkey meal included a light broccoli soufflé that reminded me of the rich broccoli casserole that I make at Thanksgiving. Only the Bistro MD recipe was so much lighter.

The meal also came with a “medley of winter vegetables” and oven-roasted cranberries.

The turkey was rolled up and tasted just like hand-carved turkey. It was extremely filling and flavorful.

I loved the mix of vegetables such as celery, onions, turnips and sweet potatoes. It was a satisfying lower-carb alternative to the traditional bread stuffing.

A lot of people wonder about the Bistro MD and whether it will work for certain diets.

I have always said Bistro MD diet delivery meals are perfect for people on the New Zealand Fiber and Protein Diet because the meals are so high in fiber and protein.

Now the Bistro MD 17 Day Diet is the hottest thing as Bistro MD created a 17 Day Diet Meal Plan based on the guidelines in Dr. Mike Marengo’s book.

The Bistro MD 17 Day Diet is a turbo low-carb diet that still includes a lot of vegetables.
