“Angelina Ballerina” Themed Party Favors for Girls

Are your daughters fans of the television show, “Angelina Ballerina?” Do they enjoy dancing around the house and day dreaming of being a star? If so, you may want to consider planning an “Angelina Ballerina” themed party for them in the near future. Based on my experience, there are several items that may be used as party gifts with an “Angelina Ballerina” theme. Here’s a short synopsis of each one:

“Angelina Ballerina” Totes

If you want to give your guests a highly customizable gift, I’d suggest going with “Angelina Ballerina” tote bags. In order to make the gifts, you’ll need to buy large, light pink tote bags and some iron-on transfer paper. You can typically purchase blank pink tote bags through craft and party retailers like Oriental Trading. On average, a dozen tote bags will cost you $21. The iron-on transfer paper, on the other hand, is available through office supply shops. It tends to retail for $8 a pack. Each package typically produces five, customizable iron-on transfers. Once you have your iron-on transfer paper on hand, you’ll need to use your home computer and the software provided to create an “Angelina Ballerina” themed design. Afterwards, you’ll need to transfer your design to the tote bags. That’s all that there is to the process. Of course you could also opt to add additional embellishments to each tote bag. The choice is yours.

Tutus

Lightweight tutus would also make superlative party favors. You could opt to make your own tutus out of tulle and elastic or buy ready-made tutus from a dance studio supply shop. Sometimes, you can also buy ready-made tutus through party supply shops and costume stores for $37 a dozen. “Angelina Ballerina” Tin Kaleidoscopes

Would you rather give your party guests a whimsical gift? If so, you may want to consider buying a case of “Angelina Ballerina” Tin Kaleidoscopes. The ones that I am familiar with are available for purchase through the “Angelina Ballerina” website for $7 each. They are pink, stand about 7 inches tall and feature a full-color graphic of Angelina. I like using the kaleidoscopes as party favors because their inherent nature encourages creative play. Plus, it’s something that today’s kids don’t encounter every day.

Chocolate Ballet Slippers

Last but not least, chocolate ballet slippers would make great party favors too. There are many different confectionary supply shops that sell ballet slipper chocolate molds. Some of the retailers also sell molds designed to make chocolate ballerinas. Unfortunately, none of them currently sell authentic “Angelina Ballerina” candy molds. Therefore, you’ll have to improvise or make due with the candy molds available. In most instances, each dance related chocolate mold will cost you $2. Prices for bags of chocolate melts and candy wrappers will vary based on the retailer.
