This card features a great introductory APR rate of 0% for balance transfers and purchases and boasts no annual fee. After the six-month introductory period, APRs may fall into one of three levels: 11.99%, 15.99% or 20.99%. APRs involved with cash advances and cash advance checks carry 21.99% or 23.99% APR. As long as consumers are responsible with paying their bills on time, the 29.99% default APR should not be a cause for concern.

This card sounds great, but is it too good to be true? As long as cardholders exhibit responsible behavior, they should find little trouble with unfavorable charges and terms. One downside is that rewards may not be redeemed online at Toysrus.com, Babiesrus.com, or Amazon.com.
