Toy Review: Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Bucket O’ Builders

Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Bucket o’ Builders is a an excellent toy for your child. My son loves to build so these blocks are prefect for him. My son received the Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Bucket o’ Builders as a present for his first birthday. As soon as he saw them his eyes lit up. He started playing and building with them right away. The bucket contains fifteen blocks that have different characters in them. The blocks are clear so the characters are visible in them. Of course being a parent always concerned about cleaning up, my favorite part is the clear storage bucket they come in. You can easily store the blocks once your child is done playing with them. The storage bucket even has a handle for your little one to carry it from room to room. The surface on the cover has bumps so you can stack the blocks. You can stack them as high as you want. They don’t always stay stacked so well. They get kind of wobbly if you try stacking too many.

What is also great about the blocks is that they are compatible with any peek-a-block product. My son has the Fisher-Price Peek-a-Blocks Press Go Train. He plays with these blocks and that train for hours. The recommended age on bucket of blocks is anywhere from 12 months up to 2 years old. My son started playing with them when he turned one as is still playing with them now at the age of almost two and a half. He just plays with them differently now, that’s all. He is able to stack and build with them without any help. Before my husband and I had to help him manipulate the blocks.

You could purchase the Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Bucket o’ Builders for $38.99 on Amazon.com website. I know that Babies R Us also sells them for around $38.99 as well. They are not always in stock so you might want to order them from Amazon. If you are also interested in purchasing the Fisher-Price Peek-a-Blocks Press&Go; Train, you could order that with Amazon.com for $39.99. If you want to add to your bucket of blocks you could purchase extra blocks also at Amazon for $19.99. I will probably do this in the future so my son has more blocks to build with. The blocks are made very well. I have not had any problems with this product. I highly recommend purchasing the Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Bucket o’ Builders for your child, you won’t be disappointed.
