Like mom used to make! Hotcakes, sausage, hash browns, eggs and a biscuit. It’s like Sunday morning! Hate to burst your nostalgic bubble, but it’s got 1090 calories and 56 grams of fat, too. Oh, and that doesn’t even include the syrup and butter- which contain an additional 220 calories, if you use both.
4. McSkillet Burrito
A warm flour tortilla, sausage, peppers, eggs, potatoes, cheese, 610 calories and 36 grams of fat- that’s what it contains, folks! Yum!
Best
1. Egg McMuffin
An English muffin, egg, cheese and a slice of Canadian bacon. For just 300 calories and 12 grams of fat, this choice is always a winner!
2. Sausage McMuffin
English muffin? Check. American cheese slice? Check. Breakfast sausage patty? Check. No eggs on this one, but it’s still yummy. And it’s got 370 calories and 22 grams of fat. Still a higher-fat choice, but the calories are reasonable for breakfast.
3. Sausage Burrito
A warm flour tortilla envelopes sausage, eggs, peppers and cheese, for only 300 calories and 16 grams of fat. Yummy!
4. Southern Style Chicken Biscuit
Not exactly the signature of health, but at 410 calories and 20 grams of fat, it still makes a better menu choice than many other options.
