The Gyro Force Ball Forearm Workout

The gyro force ball forearm workout is a unique way to work out and develop your forearms. The gyro force ball works without using any weights or elastic bands by creating two separate forces that your forearm must fight against to keep the force going.

The gyro force ball is a little ball that you hold in your hand. Inside this ball you have another ball that is independent in its movement from the outside ball layer. The gyro force ball has an open area that allows you to see and feel the inner ball. To get the gyro force ball started you need to get the inner ball spinning. To do this all you need to do is roll the exposed area of the gyro force ball’s inner ball against something, a table or your arm will work just fine. Once the inner ball of the gyro force ball is spinning you simply hold the gyro force ball in your hands using your forearm muscles to make a circular motion with your wrist to keep the inner ball spinning. The movement from the gyro force ball’s inner ball creates a force that makes it hard to move the gyro force ball out of its inner orbit. The workout comes from fighting the force by using your wrists to move the gyro force ball out of its orbit. The faster you move your forearm the greater the force and the more resistance you have to fight. The gyro force keeps your mind actively involved as technique is very important. Since the forearms are the first muscles used in any upper body workout the forearms often get passed over for larger muscle groups at the gym. Once your forearms get tired you can no longer work the rest of your upper body and this is why so many people try to work their forearms during the day when they are not working out using portable methods like the grip strength squeezers. The gyro force is just as portable and much more fun. The gyro force is tough to get used to at first so patience is needed.

I highly recommend the gyro force for anyone who is looking to develop their forearms on their spare time. The gyro force ball is a scientific mechanism that will cost about $20 opposed to the spring activated force of the grip strength handles which you can find for about $5.

You can buy optional accessories for the gyro force ball that are unnecessary but may add something to the experience. One gyro force ball accessory is a launching dock that gets the gyro force ball spinning for a simple start up. Another gyro force ball accessory is an RPM counter that displays how fast you are spinning the gyro force ball and it also keeps a record of your fastest output. All and all I don’t recommend any of the accessories for the gyro force ball. I think you will get plenty out of the gyro force ball itself.
