Tarot Card Readers in Hartford, Connecticut

Several weeks ago, when I sat down to type articles at Tisane Euro Asian Cafe in Hartford, Connecticut, I noticed a little beehive of activity at the table situated next to the one that I was sitting at. Three women were seated at the table and one of them was the focal point of the other two women’s attention, while she dealt out a deck of large, round cards. Although I had never actually seen a deck of tarot cards, I quickly surmised that what I was witnessing was tarot card reading and it turns out that was exactly what was occurring at the table.

After she finished with the readings that she was doing, this interesting woman, named Sandaura Brooks, and I got into a conversation.

She told me that on most Thursday nights, she offers tarot card readings at Hartford, Connecticut’s Tisane Euro Cafe and that she really likes helping people through her readings. Shortly after we began talking, more people approached Sandaura asking if she would perform readings for them. At that point, I realized that the subject matter for a helpful, interesting and informative article was presenting itself.
