Sarah Palin Produces New Funny Quotes on the “Today Show”

COMMENTARY | Former Alaskan Governor and Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin has wrapped up her guest-hosting position on NBC’s “Today Show,” leaving America with a sense of relief that she is not Vice President of the United States, and also some more quotes to laugh about with their friends and colleagues. Her one-hour stint left many wondering why they were so enamored with her during the 2008 presidential campaign given her lack of credentials.

Sarah Palin’s outlandish quote on the “Today Show”

Palin has continued her career of making quotes that get passed around on social media sites as jokes. During her one-hour stint on the “Today Show”, she shed light on the Presidential race by saying “Anybody but Obama will be so much better for our country.” This statement alone has people throwing out names such as Hitler to prove a point. While that was the highlight of the show, she also admitted that Tina Fey’s impression of her was “pretty clever.” Continuing on in Sarah Palin fashion, she compared America to Oprah’s opportunity to succeed and fail even though statistics prove America’s schools do not give everyone that luxury. Then when Matt Lauer quizzed her about watching the “Today’s Professional” segment, she responded by saying, “I watch Fox.”
