RueLaLa Carries Premium Brands for Members Only; But It’s Not the Only Deal Location on the Web

RueLaLa is an exclusive online community that offers up premium brands and exclusives from their online boutique. The online community offers great deals on exclusive brands but the deal doesn’t last long. The website is members-only and closed as of the moment. In order to become one of the elite you must have an invitation from a current member, or you can add your name to the wait list and hope for an opened spot.

While RueLaLa is one of the most exclusive online shopping communities there are deals to be had all around the web. Dealyard, a website dedicated to bargain shopping offers up great deals on some good brands. While their selection can be rather limited in regards to apparel most of their items are 50% off retail price. Ed Hardy T-shirts and Sweatshirts appear to be a favorite on the site. They also offer up discounted electronics and other such fun for those interested in finding great products for less.

Ebags, is another great site that specializes in the online buying craze with lower than average retail prices on some big name bags. While they don’t carry some of the highest end designer goods they definitely stock a large array of wonderful bags that are substantially less then retail. Sign up and order and earn points towards another purchase, a great way to stock up on some must have accessories.

Like Ebags, Overstock, is a website designed around the concept of bringing great quality items to consumers for less. The site hosts everything from world-market finds to great name brands. You can find electronics, apparel and bedding all in the same place for much less than you would pay in store. The site is modeled much like a closeout shop with limited quantities of each item available. Think quick or it could be gone. There website offers great customer service and super fast shipping. Smartbargians is almost a carbon copy of overstock and offers up the same fare at similar prices. Shop both for a great comparison experience

Makeupalley has been around for years and is centered around discussion boards that help consumers pick the best beauty and accessory products. The site relies heavily on member participation and offers up a “buy’ section that allows members to sell and swap products between themselves. Again you have to be a member to enjoy the surplus of services but it is definitely worth a look for the beauty consumers. The website, while not completely shopping based, has a strong community were members can get great advice for the right products to pick for their needs.

Fashionista is along the same lines as Makeupalley. It provides consumers with ideas, links and advice, sending consumers in the right direction to find what they need. The website has a strong blog-based community that promotes the latest in fashion both high-end items and more casual fare.
