Paint the Perfect Yellow Room for Spring

It’s time to celebrate spring with a fresh coat of yellow paint. Bring the outside in with colorful hues from nature’s garden — adding linens and window treatments for a total bedroom mini-makeover. Here’s a budget-friendly, five-step plan to get you there.

Step 1 – Paint the walls a perfect yellow

Then bring in some drama with an amethyst-colored window treatment and accent pillows. The natural garden colors will work perfectly together.

Step 5 – Finish up with artwork

A little artwork is the crowning jewel on this makeover. The large pattern on the bedding will carry a good amount of visual interest; however, a couple of simple coordinating prints above the bed are an ideal finish to a well-balanced makeover.
