Oregon grape root is another of the best natural remedies for fatigue. It has been used for ages by the American Indians to treat this disorder.

To treat fatigue with Oregon grape root, place one tablespoon of Oregon grape root in one pint of boiling water. Cover and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Strain and drink one ounce of the solution thirty minutes prior to meals for one to three weeks.

Natural Remedies for Fatigue – Asian Ginseng

Asian ginseng is among the greatest natural remedies for fatigue. It is without a doubt one of the most sought after natural remedies in Chinese culture. It should only be taken for fatigue as it can over stimulate someone with normal energy levels.

To treat fatigue with Asian ginseng, take one to two grams of ginseng powder per day, in two or three separate doses for six weeks at a time. Take at least a two week break every six weeks.

To treat fatigue with eggs, beat a raw egg and flavor with sugar or honey. Drink the solution. If you can’t stomach it this way, blend the egg in a glass of milk and drink it like this.
