How to Use a FULL Version of Microsoft Office on an IPad and Android Device

Over the past several months people have been asking me how to run Microsoft Office on an iPad, and for months I have been using it on an iPad. Although Apple has Pages, Numbers, and Keynote available on the iPad, the fact is that we live in a Microsoft Office business world. The good news is that it is absolutely possible to run a full version of Microsoft Office on an iPad, but it gets better. I will show you exactly how to do it, for FREE, and use it cloud based so you can retrieve and enter an unlimited amount of Office documents. You will need the following, an iPad, Dropbox, Box and/or Google Drive.

Step 1:

Go to the App store on you iPad and download CloudOn, its free.

Step 2:

Link your Dropbox, Box and/or Google Drive accounts.

Step 3:

Open any document you like and you will be greeted with the familiar Microsoft Office layout.

That’s it!

The Must Have Productivity Tool

CloudOn settles the argument about running Microsoft Office on an iPad. The application gives you the ability to work with any Office document, and have full functionality on any IOS or Android device. Built in cloud integration directly to Dropbox, Box and/or Google Drive, with lightning speed.

CloudOn not only has the awesome price point of FREE, there are no additional charges for add on functionality. It is in fact a full Microsoft Office software package with all included whistle and bells. You will be able to create, edit, save and share your work just as you would from any desktop. Included with CloudOn is Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF.

Full PowerPoint

PowerPoint on CloudOn comes included with everything as expected. You can adjust themes, add transitions, and insert various media. Any raw Photoshop image and everyday image such as PNG, JPEG and GIF can be inserted and adjusted.

Full Excel

There is no limitation whatsoever! You can adjust cells freely, add or remove formulas. CloudOn also has the ability to add charts to excel documents and merge them into a Word document.

Full Word

Word is full of every whistle and bell. The toolbar has everything you need to perform an absolutely stunning Word document. Traditional daily tools such as the dictionary, thesaurus, adjusting fonts, and adjusting margins are all included. Nothing is missing and everything functions flawlessly!

Included Security

Another added bonus to CloudOn is included security. CloudOn secures nothing on their servers, documents are retrieved from any available three cloud based services and then saved back into them. Even when your documents pass thru the cloud to your iPad it gets scrambled thru 128-bit/256 encryption. Even Lex Luther could never crack 128-bit/256 encryption, so its complete safe.

Printing Ability

Finally what might be the most important feature of all is the ability to print directly to any available printer, just as if you were sitting at your desktop. So if your assistant needs that multi million-dollar contract with your signature, you can sign the PDF using CloudOn and print it directly to her printer.

Final Thoughts

Who wouldn’t want this! Similar applications available thru Apple cost $60, and need to be purchased individually. They are also limited to iCloud only. CloudOn is the real deal, free, works perfectly and uses all major cloud based services. I have personally found this application easier to use then Pages, and recommend it to all iPad and Android device users who are looking to use Microsoft Office.
