The Willows is a casual restaurant that has been around since 1944. This wonderful alfresco restaurant features waterfalls, and ponds. They serve huge lunch and dinner buffets with traditional Hawaiian dishes like lomi salmon, kalua pork, and chicken long rice. You can also find roast turkey, prime rib, and potato salad. There is also live entertainment, and Sunday brunch is served.

Pinky’s is a family friendly casual pink restaurant located on the east side of the island. Specialties include the Portuguese bean soup, and the spicy fish tacos. Roy’s is a wonderful restaurant featuring gourmet Hawaiian fusion cuisine. Try the hibachi grilled salmon, or the lobster potstickers. For a unique dining experience, this is the restaurant to enjoy. The service is excellent, and the views over Maunalua Bay are amazing. Reservations are welcomed.

Haili’s Hawaiian Foods offers plate lunches with many Hawaiian favorites like chicken and pork laulau, marinated fish, kalua pig, poi, and haupia (a deliciously sweet coconut pudding). You can dine on the patio, or even pack your lunch up on a picnic basket and eat nearby at the Ala Moana Beach Park. You will find this restaurant at the Ward Farmers Market.

Standard meals are often the inexpensive plate lunches that are available in the many cafes, and outdoor snack wagons. Served in paper boxes, they make the perfect casual outdoor meals. In most restaurants, breakfast is generally served 7-9:30 am, lunch 11 am-2 pm and dinner 6-10 pm.
