3. Black Beans with Cheese is a great alternative to refried beans. There are 130 calories for this side dish and you save 7 grams of fat by not ordering the refried beans. There are 8 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber that will keep you feeling fuller longer than a side of rice would. The cheese gives you a little bit of a decadent feeling while you are still watching what you eat.

3. The Fresco Ranchero Chicken soft taco has 170 calories and 4 grams of fat. There are 2 grams of fiber with 12 grams of protein.
