Pineapple also contains very good levels of vitamin A (87 IU) (beta Carotene) (53 mcg), vitamin B1 Thiamin (0.245mg), vitamin B2 Riboflavin (0.074mg), vitamin B3 Niacin (0.735mg) panthothenic acid (0.318 mg) and vitamin B6 (0.171 mg). Good amounts of Vitamin A (1 per cent), folate (23 mcg) and vitamin B3 are also found in pineapple in addition to traces of vitamin E (0.03 mcg), vitamin K (1.1 mcg).
