Hydration would help the body system wash out harmful substances in the hair that could cause damage and could delay hair growth. Lack of water would normally make it hard to get rid of these unwanted substances absorbed by the hair. Have a regular exercise to keep a normal blood flow circulation. This would help keep the normal process of growing hair and avoid any obstruction in promoting healthy hair.Have your hair cut regularly. Losing a few centimeters a month would not count much if the prize is a fuller and healthier hair. Split ends usually form at the edges of the hair, growing up until the roots thus causing more damage when left uncut. Find the shampoo and other hair products that are perfectly fit for your hair type. Using products that are not suitable for your hair usually cause discomfort and damage to hair. It is important to take note that hair products do not necessarily meet qualifying needs of all hair types. Meanwhile, these are the most common synthetic hair growth tricks, synthetic in the sense that chemicals are normally applied to hair in the process:Hot oil treatment when done at home through the use of natural oils such as olive and coconut oil may be counted as natural. However, it is more common nowadays to get hot oil treatment in the salons because hair experts could give better assistance and care. But salons usually do not make use of 100% natural oils. Usually, they use products that have combination of both natural and chemical substance.Cellophane, hair re-bond, and hair re-grow are also among the top services offered in the salon. All of these use chemicals to treat the hair. Usually, the chemicals are needed in order to attain a long term effect of the process.
