Glade Flameless Candle Air Freshener to the Rescue

Your search for the perfect air freshener is over. With all of the new types of air fresheners on the market; sprays, spritz’s, plug-in’s, candles, etc., it can be extremely difficult to find the best one. This is especially true considering the price on air freshener has gone from less than a dollar (remember Stick-Up and Renuzit days) to $10.00 and higher. With air fresheners becoming somewhat trendy, it can be downright expensive to try them all until you find the right one (“trendy” almost always equates with cost increase…supply and demand, etc. and so forth).

I have tried a great many of the new types of air freshener and found them all, yes all of them, lacking very much in one way or another. Sprays dissipate in a matter of moments rendering themselves ineffective. Plug-Ins leave a sickening, sweet smell on everything you own; a smell that you carry with you wherever you go, even outside of the house (it just gets on your skin and clothes). Candles can be pretty or unique looking in nature, but they just don’t penetrate with enough aroma to really be effective, and many times they are used up after one use even though the cost can be quite high, considering the product (I have found the candles to be the most expensive of the types of air freshener available).

So, you ask, what is a person to do? Well, never fear, I bring you the answer: The Glade Flameless Candle air freshener is tops in every way! It comes in a battery-operated, classic-looking glass votive that is pleasing to the eye. You can turn the ‘candle light’ on or off with the touch of a switch. In the ‘on’ position the light gleams a subtle, soothing light that replicates a votive-covered candle with perfection and in the ‘off’ position the piece is still attractive as a centerpiece item because the glass is simple, yet neutrally fashionable. The scent itself is not at all overpowering or too weak; but is in fact, just right. This product also lasts a lot longer than traditional fragrances do. In fact, we found ourselves pleasantly surprised as a family that the fragrance was still working wonderfully well after a two week period. Sounds wonderful, right? So what is the down side, you might ask… Okay, let’s discuss cost: While the votive itself costs approximately $10.00 (the higher end of the scale for air fresheners) it is well worth the investment because refills (small plastic bottles full of scented liquid) are $3.00 or less, carried in many stores, and they come in a variety of scents. So while the initial cost of the Glade Flameless Candle is not exactly inexpensive, the smell emitting from it as you pass the room it is in, is bound to make you smile and leave you with decision that you are happy you made the purchase. The product is effective, long-lasting and hence well worth the money you pay for it. Finally, a product that does what it says, the way it says it will do it. Kudos to Glade for finally perfecting the art of the air freshener.
