Binghamton, New York’s Best Strip Clubs

In its remote location and harsh winters, the city of Binghamton, New York does offer three strip clubs that provide company and warmth.

Binghamton is not a destination city really and its distance from any major city can lead to its sense of isolation at times. But there is enough to do downtown, from good restaurants to fun nightlife. Binghamton’s strip club scene, while not huge, definitely adds to the fun quotient. While Binghamton is not really a strip club capital, the closest cities with strip joints are too far away.

Obviously, Binghamton’s strip clubs don’t compare at to New York City’s strip joints, but the Big Apple is too far away to travel to for strip joints, no matter how great they might be. The closest city with a vibrant adult scene is Albany and the capital city’s strip joints are somewhat comparable to Binghamton’s anyway.

The following are the three best strip clubs in the city of Binghamton, New York.

Madame Oar’s

Located in the same, well, strip mall as its ‘sister club’ Tzer’s (which is profiled below), Madame Oar’s has been providing hot adult entertainment to the Binghamton area since 1992.

Madame Oar’s is a “semi-nude” establishment, in that the strippers, who are probably the hottest in Binghamton, do not completely take off all of their clothes. As with most “semi-nude” places, I found that to be mostly semantics. Yes, technically, there are still some clothes on, but I don’t see how it takes away from the overall experience.

In fact, because of Madame Oar’s “semi-nude” aspect, the club is allowed to serve alcohol, and it definitely offers high end drinks at very reasonable prices; there are in fact drink specials every night of the week. Madame Oar’s charges a modest cover charge, and that fee allows access to Tzer’s as well. There are typically eight to ten strippers working at any given time. It’s a fairly small place, but not generally over crowded. Lap dances are, well, encouraged by the dancers and by Binghamton standards, they aren’t cheap.

Tzer’s Gentlemen’s Club

As described in the above review for Madame Oar’s, Tzer’s Gentlemens’ Club is affiliated with Madame Oar’s and is located in the same strip mall. The main differences between the two establishments are that Tzer’s Gentlemen’s Club features full nudity but no alcohol; the exact opposite of Madame Oar’s. Because of the no alcohol rule, Tzer’s allows those 18 years of age and over.

As is its sister’s club, Tzer’s Gentlemen’s Club is small. But there never seems to be that large of a crowd. The crowd that is here tends to go back and forth between Tzer’s and Madame Oar’s, as they can have a drink at Madame Oar’s and then enjoy full nude dancing at Tzers. Usually, the cover charge at either place will enable you to enter either club.

The dancers at Tzer’s are about the same type as the dancers at Madame Oar’s. They are typically among the hottest in Binghamton and of varied sizes and ethni backgrounds. They are friendly and a bit aggressive when offering lap dances in the back, which are typically very energetic and reasonably priced. Tzer’s is a great place for a bachelor party and offers private rooms and group packages.
