Austin’s Late Night Food

Austin has great eclectic and ethnic foods for everyone in Austin from government employees to tech workers and students at UT. Here is a guide to the best late night eateries in Austin, Texas.

Their signature stuffed pizzas satisfy your cravings whether you are a vegetarian or a carnivore craving meat. You can also get traditional pizza ingredients such as mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni in your huge pizza. Mangia’s Pizza is a mouthful that will keep you satisfied with the many leftovers. Add a beer to your pizza with not much of a fuss.

Their drink list is substantial from beer to wine and margaritas. You can get full entrees of roast chicken and pot roast for dinner. Eggs are the breakfast specialty for early morning customers who were out late and need a place a hang.

Bakehouse Restaurant and Bar is open until midnight on Manchaca Road is just as eclectic as Austin itself. Order smoked sausage, fondue, quiche, and chicken pot pie to warm up your late nights in Austin. Specialties include South Austin Wellington, stuffed chicken Florentine, and liver with onions. Their international cuisine includes Chinese, Mexican, Indian, and Japanese. You can still get American favorites such as burgers and soups. A mushroom quesadilla is a vegetarian’s delight for your Mexican food cravings. A hearty rotisserie smoked chicken quesadilla is a specialty that will warm your stomach all night long.
