About Apollon Greek Cuisine:
Apollon restaurant is located in Appleton, Wisconsin and serves Greek cuisine entrées for dinner. All entrées are made fresh by Apollon owner and chef Stavros Kodis. Along with Greek entrées, Apollon restaurant also has a wide variety and selection of wines and drinks.

Food & Menu Offerings:
Apollon restaurant offers Greek cuisine for dinner, with menu items including lamb, veal, pork, seafood, beef, chicken, pasta and salads. In specific entrées include but are not limited to: lamb tenderloin, lamb medallions, gyros, fillet mignon, veal medallions, and shrimp.

My Personal Favorites:
Shrimp Santorini: This entrée is served with jumbo shrimp mixed with white wine, creamy feta and kefalotyri cheese and tomato.
Shrimp Diaboliques: Another shrimp entrée that I enjoy, this is served with jumbo shrimp, white wine, tomatoes, green peppers and garlic.
Lamb A La Crème: This entrée includes pieces of tender lamb mixed with white wine and cream cheese sauce. This entrée even tastes good if you have never had lamb before.
Breast of Chicken with Mushrooms & Feta: This is a fantastic tasting entrée that includes grill chicken pieces topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and feta cheese. This is probably my favorite Greek entrée at Apollon.

Price:
The prices at Apollon Greek are very expensive. This is by far Apollon’s biggest downfall for customers because the food there is very good, but the prices just are not worth it. Most entrées are priced between $20.00 – $30.00 with a few smaller entrées going for $14.00 – $20.00. If you are just going to Apollon’s to enjoy a nice once-in-awhile Greek dinner then the prices are worth it, but if you want to go to Apollon’s for Greek food at least once a week it will definitely be too expensive.

Service:
Apollon’s Greek Cuisine has offered very good service both times I have been there. The food was served hot and fresh and tasted very good. The portions were not exactly huge, which was a bit of a disappointment considering the cost of the entrée. However overall, the food was very good and the service and environment inside the restaurant was very welcoming as well.

Summary:
If you are looking for a nice Greek dinner then Apollon’s Greek Cuisine in Appleton, Wisconsin is one place you will want to consider checking out. The food tastes great and the environment inside the restaurant is comfortable. Unfortunately a nice evening dinner at Apollon’s will also cost you a pretty penny as well. So if you don’t mind spending a good chunk of change for a dinner out (probably $50-$60 for two people), then Apollon’s is the place for you. Otherwise just keep in mind that you will not get any cheap food at this restaurant.
