Website Offers Women a Chance to Get a Breast Augmentation for Free

Is panhandling online the new prostitution? Now, women who want breast augmentation and do not have the money for it can sign up online to win a free breast augmentation. It sounds too good to be true, so what is the catch?

As always with any cosmetic procedure, breast augmentation always comes with a catch, regardless whether it is free, or whether you save your life savings for it. Breast augmentation has risks because it is surgery, and the results of surgery vary from woman to woman. Hence, how safe can it be to win a breast augmentation?

MyFreeImplants.com offers women a chance to have the breast augmentation of their dreams. According to the website owner, women can post a profile, and men can view their profile and donate money to them for their breast augmentation. Men, called “benefactors,” can sign up for an account and donate money to them, so the girls can win free breast augmentation. These men tip a “credit” to the woman to correspond with them through email, blogs, and posts. They may request to have a custom photo of the girl, sometimes in provocative outfits, if she obliges.

Benefactors purchase message credits for $1.25 to send a message to a woman. This gives the website 25 cents and the woman one dollar towards reaching her financial goal-to win a breast augmentation. The site generates a thousand dollars a day towards funds for the girls, and about three thousand dollars a month for the website.

In reality, the women do not “win” a breast augmentation, but rather work towards a financial goal.

The website owner claims that there are over 10,000 benefactors and 1000 women. So far, 28 women did win a breast augmentation, proving this in the member’s area, displaying before and after photos.

One woman claims that she is not happy about the results of her breast augmentation, wanting even bigger breasts now. She aimed to win, and she did win, but the real win was really a loss. Now, she is back on the site, trying to win another breast augmentation.

Is this panhandling worth the women’s goal in the end? One woman, hoping to win a breast augmentation, changed her mind and decided she wanted another cosmetic procedure instead. The founders decided to keep the mission of the website intact, by only allowing a woman win a breast augmentation.

According to the view of one of the founders, this goal-oriented site gears towards helping women attain self-esteem and win a breast augmentation, something they have dreamed of for years.

Instead of receiving a self-esteem boost, the women are lowering themselves to levels beyond repair. Many of the women cannot win. The requests are inappropriate for some women and cannot handle the lingering backdrop of soft porn. In the end, the women who reach their financial goal-win a breast augmentation and win a low self-esteem.

Self-esteem is self-respect. Breast augmentation is not self-respect; it is a luxury cosmetic procedure. Is this worth selling their soul for?

The site’s founders claim they are doing a public service, giving women the opportunity to win a free breast augmentation. This is a new concept, and feminists are gearing up over this new shady service. I think we have “come a long way baby,” but this sets women back about a century, and vacuums up almost everything we have worked so hard for.
