There are both form packages available and specific form categories that cover a wide range of subjects.
How it works
I found USlegalforms.com to be a very user friendly site that made it very easy to search for just the right form. In my case, clicking on the “Landlord-Tenant” subtitle brought me to a new page that listed some of the more popular lease options. No matter which of the sub-categories I clicked on from there, the next window that appeared ask me to select my state. This brought up the form I needed which could be previewed for free.
Paying for the forms
USlegalforms.com worked just like any other retail site that allows a buyer to “add to cart” the specific item wanted. USlegalforms.com gives shoppers the option of either buying a downloadable form or having a paper copy sent to the home. For myself, I selected the downloadable form option which was less money. Once entering my personal information and credit card number onto their secure server, I was given a link which opened the form directly. It was really that simple.
Even though I only used the site to purchase two forms, I was really impressed with the ease of use on the site, and the complete thoroughness of the legal forms. I also appreciated having a customer service number posted in two easy-to-find locations on every page in case there was trouble in downloading the forms or a mischarge on my credit card.
